I believe the answers you're looking for are already within you; life in all its complexity has just gotten in the way. As a coach, I help you slow down, reconnect with your intuition, and find them.

You don't need a crisis, or even a clear problem, to begin. I like to start with whatever's most present and unresolved for you right now, big or small, and go from there. Some of the places we might explore:
You lead, build, and carry a lot, and much of the pressure comes from the standards you set for yourself. We'll slow down, see what's driving you, and focus on what matters most, without burning yourself out.
A career change, a move, new relationship status, or even a sense that it's time for something new. We'll get clear on what you want from this next phase and how to step into it with intention.
On paper, life is working, but something still feels missing. We'll explore what that is and what a more fulfilling life would look like for you.
You may be questioning a relationship, feeling disconnected, or craving something deeper. We'll look at the patterns that keep showing up and the kind of connection you want to build.
The roles we play in our families shift, often before we notice. Whether it's changing relationships, questions of legacy, or the weight of a family business, we'll untangle what's yours to carry.
Your phone gets the first and last minutes of your day, and presence feels harder to come by. We'll look at your relationship with technology and make more room for the life happening in front of you.
For ten years, I worked as a strategist, helping companies define where they were, where they wanted to go, and how to get there. I loved the problem-solving, the people, and the challenge of making sense of complexity.
But over time, I became much more interested in those same questions at a human level.
Who am I really? What do I actually want? What feels like mine, and what have I picked up from everyone and everything around me? What would it look like to build a life that feels more aligned with who I am?
Those questions became increasingly personal for me too.
I spent years moving quickly, achieving, exploring, and building a life that looked full from the outside. And in many ways, it was. But I also began to notice the places where I was moving from expectation, momentum, or habit rather than from something deeper.
That realization led me inward.
Through coaching, self-exploration, somatic work, breathwork, and a lot of slowing down, I started to reconnect with parts of myself I had lost touch with. I became clearer on what mattered to me, what I wanted more of, what I wanted less of, and how I actually wanted my life to feel.
That process changed the way I think about what actually helps us change.
I don’t believe most of us need someone else to tell us how to live our lives. More often, we need enough space to hear ourselves clearly, someone who can ask the questions we might not think to ask ourselves, and support as we turn what we uncover into action.
That’s what drew me to coaching.
Today, I help people create enough space to hear themselves clearly and build a life that feels more like their own.
Because life moves quickly. Roles change. Priorities shift. We change. And it’s worth taking the time to make sure the life we’re building still feels like our own.
My coaching training is through ACT Leadership and Brown University’s School of Professional Studies, and I’m a certified Somatic Breathwork practitioner through SOMA+IQ.

In our modern world, where expectations feel higher than ever and many of us ask a lot of ourselves, life can often feel complex, like it’s “firing on all cylinders,” or simply just a lot.
Together, we will slow down and get clear on three things:
What are you thinking, feeling, carrying, or working through right now?
What do you deeply desire, need, or want to change?
What would actually help you get there?
From there, we’ll build a plan, and I’ll help you follow through, which is half the battle.
It isn’t therapy, and it isn’t about me giving you the answers. It’s a rare kind of conversation, one that looks forward in a supportive, empowering, and energizing way.
I also bring my experience as a somatic breathwork practitioner into our work, using the intelligence of the breath and body to slow down, get clear, and go deeper when it’s useful.
Client Feedback from 1:1 Coaching
“Adam has an extraordinary ability to bring so much energy to the conversation that it lights you up and creates space that just feels very open, very warm…and that you're here to do this work together.”
“I've had an amazing result with the integration of the ideas that we shared and the perspectives that I was able to draw from my experiences and my patterns, and I was able to create tools for myself to navigate in scenarios where the patterns or triggers were showing up.”
“I loved the fact that it was a somatic experience and it was really about feeling into my body, pausing, and bringing down the speed to really feel what I was experiencing. And that helped to get to the root of what I was saying.”
“He is an amazing support and can really reflect and mirror back to you, the parts of you that are present, and the areas that you want to evolve and grow with, and he does it with so much passion and energy, clarity, and consistency.”
While 1:1 coaching is at the heart of my work, I also partner with founders, organizations, and communities in a few other ways.
Interactive experiences designed to create reflection, connection, and meaningful conversation around the things that shape how we live and work.
Strategic support for founders, teams, and community leaders navigating growth, change, and operational complexity.
Helping bring people together more intentionally, from shaping community culture to designing experiences that create real connection.

Book a complimentary session. This is a real mini coaching session, where we work through something unresolved, together. You'll get value from it, and we'll both see if it's a fit.
From there, we'll build a plan, together. Simple as that.
